- In this role, you will be the primary contact for our business clients, handling day-to-day service needs, processing policy changes, and assisting with renewals. You will collaborate with team members and producers to deliver exceptional service, ensuring accuracy in coverage and strengthening client relationships.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email regarding coverage questions, billing issues, and policy updates.
- Policy Maintenance: Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring all changes are accurately documented in the Agency Management System (AMS).
- Documentation: Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and binders on a priority basis.
- Renewal Support: Assist with the renewal process by gathering updated underwriting data, ordering loss runs, and preparing renewal proposals.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Diligently review policies and endorsements for accuracy, ensuring compliance with carrier and agency standards.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly.
