Kforce has a client in Fort Lauderdale, FL that is seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and executing agreements
  • Support and manage the organization's internal contract administration process
  • Handle redline turnaround requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and legal compliance
  • Review and negotiate customized commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), rental agreements, and related contract documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contract negotiations with customers and external business partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations align with business objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 or more active contracts at various stages of review, negotiation, and execution
  • Maintain contract documentation and records within existing systems, including Word-based contracts and Google Drive repositories
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing contract management tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility
  • Identify contractual risks and provide practical recommendations to support business operations

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
  • 3-5 years of experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts
  • Experience handling B2B commercial agreements, including lengthy and customized contracts with multi-year terms
  • Strong contract redlining and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
