Right of Way Agent III
Location: Greensburg, PA (supporting projects across Western Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York)
Pay Rate: $52/hour W-2
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Travel: Primarily local day trips; overnight travel is not expected. Candidates must use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at current GSA rates.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Right of Way Agent III to support land acquisition, rights-of-way, and permitting activities for pipeline construction and operational projects. This role will assist the Senior Land Representative with integrity-related projects and operational requests throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing preliminary pipeline routes, project cost estimates, and schedules.
  • Perform land and rights-of-way acquisition activities for construction and operational projects.
  • Prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and execute legal agreements involving real property.
  • Identify, obtain, and manage permits from private, local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Investigate, negotiate, and settle property damage claims, including issuing payments.
  • Represent the company at public meetings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support integrity projects and operational requests as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Notary Public certification (required).
  • Valid driver's license (required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform mail merges and create maps using Google Earth.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from Land Management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
