  • Ensure project quality standards are met from start to finish
  • Manage cost control for general conditions
  • Prepare and maintain required project documentation
  • Lead fastpaced projects operating six days a week with hard completion deadlines

If you enjoy problemsolving, building strong teams, and driving projects forward with confidence and clarity you'll be a great fit here

ABOUT YOU:
  • You're someone who is handson, solutionsoriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work. You know how to lead people, communicate clearly, and keep projects running smoothly — even under tight timelines

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 6+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong working knowledge of all trades and the ability to read/interpret plans and specifications
  • Prior experience as a foreman or journeyman preferred
  • OSHA 30hour certification (or equivalent)
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project or a similar scheduling tool
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Procore or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital documents, images, and related tools
  • Retail project experience is a plus, but not required

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE:
  • We're committed to supporting you — on and off the jobsite. Our goal is to help you build a long, fulfilling career while being part of a team that values trust, respect, and family
