The Senior Superintendent will plan, develop, and manage project schedules alongside the project manager, oversee budgets and site activities, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors from design to completion. The role focuses on high-end restaurant, retail, commercial office, and hospitality projects, including ground-up and build-out structures.
Essential duties include excellent communication with clients and teams, managing subcontractor operations, supervising craft employees, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating materials, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining an organized, proactive work environment.
Qualifications include a construction management degree (preferred), 5+ years of commercial construction site management, proficiency in project scheduling and budgets, strong leadership, communication, and technical document interpretation skills. Knowledge of Procore or Sage software is a plus. This management role does not require hands-on trade skills.
