Join this dynamic commercial real estate company as a Project Manager and lead the planning, coordination, and management of exciting construction projects across their properties. You'll work on either one large-scale project or manage a diverse portfolio of smaller projects spanning multiple properties.
This role puts you at the center of collaboration, partnering with teams across Development, Design, Tenant Coordination, Leasing, Finance, Risk Management, and Property Operations to bring ambitious projects to life.  This role is open due to growth.

This position has a base salary of $110K-$145K with a 15% bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Construction Projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Develop Construction Budgets and Schedules that align with corporate goals and project requirements
  • Collaborate with Development Managers to create development schedules, site logistics plans, and vendor RFPs
  • Manage Multiple Construction Methodologies including lump sum, GMP, design/build, and cost-plus contracts
  • Oversee Vendor Contracts from preparation through execution and completion
  • Control Project Documentation and change management processes, ensuring accuracy on every change order
  • Conduct Constructability Reviews alongside Design Managers to optimize project outcomes
  • Report Progress through monthly financial and schedule updates to senior construction leadership
  • Manage Consultants and Construction Managers as needed for project success

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a focus on commercial properties
  • Experience with a nationally recognized general contractor or national commercial developer is a plus
  • ICSC or related industry certifications are valued
  • Willing to travel 30% of the time. Primarily in Western US.
