Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a well-established general contractor specializing in retail construction, with a strong pipeline of interior fit-out and ground-up projects throughout the region. Their portfolio includes major retail brands, with a particular focus on banking and financial institution projects, as well as other high-end retail environments.Job DescriptionManage multiple projects simultaneously, including 1-2 ground-up builds (~$5M) and several smaller interior fit-outs ($1M-$5M). Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and budgets. Lead project estimating efforts, working alongside the estimating department while maintaining full ownership of project financials. Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor coordination. Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication. Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards are met.
