A bit about us:

We are a mid-sized commercial general contractor focused on repeat-client work across the Eastside and greater Seattle area. Our core projects include tenant improvements, life science buildouts, and ground-up commercial work, typically ranging from $5M–$40M. Most of our work is concentrated in Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland, with a strong backlog tied to long-term client relationships in tech and healthcare.

Job Details
  • Manage commercial construction projects from precon through closeout
  • Work closely with preconstruction on budgeting, value engineering, and client communication
  • Oversee schedules, subcontractors, and overall project execution
  • Typical work includes TI, life science interiors, and light ground-up
  • Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project delivery and quality
  • Ideal background is 5–10 years with a commercial GC in a PM or APM role
