Job Description
Communicate clear project objectives to the Project participants, and accurately evaluate status and progress.
Overall financial responsible for the profitability of the project, on-time schedule completion, quality of work installed, and safety culture on the jobsite.
Effective change order management for subcontracts and owner contract.
Forecasting of all project costs.
Reporting of project progress with regard to budget, schedule.

5+ years of commercial project estiamating experience
Hard bid experience
Project pre-planning to include staffing, status meetings to discuss strategy
Overall construction process
Experience with Plan Takeoffs, Quanity Analysis, Estimating
