Description

As an Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager - Westchester, you will:

• Assist Project Managers in overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, owners, and field teams.
• Track project costs, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Support site meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.

Profile

A sucessful Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager - Westchester, will look like:

• 2+ years of construction experience with a general contractor.
• Exposure to ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
