How your day may unfold

  • Start with a planned route of installs, preventive maintenance, and a few surprise emergency calls.
  • Diagnose issues on-site, repair beverage brewing and dispensing equipment, and verify performance.
  • Keep trunk stock tidy and within replenishment guidelines; reorder parts as needed.
  • Close each job thoroughly: capture accurate work details, complete invoices, and secure customer signatures.
  • Communicate promptly with customers, operations, and teammates; share feedback that improves programs.
  • Pitch in on scheduled installation projects—planning, scheduling, staging, and execution.

Schedule and travel

  • Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • On-call rotation required, including after-hours and weekends.
  • Primary travel within a ~100-mile radius; occasional regional trips as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled field service: installations, removals, surveys, PM, and emergency response.
  • Follow customer SLAs and program standards.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tickets to meet expectations.

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of hands-on mechanical and technical experience.
  • Preferred: foodservice background; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or metering/test equipment experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel within a 100+ mile radius.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability; able to lift up to 60 lbs frequently.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively when needed.

Personal strengths

  • Clear written and verbal communication; active listening and customer-first mindset.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making; identifies issues and opportunities quickly.
  • Applies new knowledge on the job; builds rapport and long-term customer relationships.
  • Supports business goals and uncovers ways to grow the business.
