Job Title: Territory Manager

Position Purpose: Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking an energetic and motivated Territory Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations in Lansing and the surrounding areas, including Charlotte, St. Johns, Grand Ledge, Mt. Pleasant, Okemos, Ovid & Howell.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for building strong teams, maintaining exceptional service quality, supporting customer relationships, and helping grow the business. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, developing people, and taking ownership of their region.

Schedule: Consistent weekday evening schedule, with occasional weekend hours required to support coverage needs. 

Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop supervisors, team leads and cleaning staff across multiple facilities
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure company and customer standards are exceeded
  • Build strong customer relationships and respond urgently to concerns or requests
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members while identifying future leaders
  • Support new account start-ups and special projects
  • Manage staffing, schedules, labor hours, and supply needs
  • Partner with Operations leadership to improive processes and drive operational excellence
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Travel throughout your territory to support customers and employees

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, retail, or another service industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Valid driver's license, your own reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple facilities throughout the territory during the same shift
  • Willing to undergo a background check
