We operate primarily in the B2B environment selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell deliver and service Carrier Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200 locations across 28 states Puerto Rico the Caribbean Latin America Mexico and Canada we are well-positioned to meet our customers HVACR needs.

SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify and pursue new business opportunities build client relationships and drive revenue growth for our organization.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using multiple channels email phone social media networking • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Sales Development
• Conduct productservice demonstrations and presentations to prospects • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pricing information • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up systematically
Relationship Building
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients • Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle • Act as a brand ambassador and gather market feedback
Account Management
• Coordinate with sales and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding • Track all business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM • Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape • Provide insights to inform company strategy and positioning • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of sales development business development or relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
