We are representing a well -established restoration organization seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager<\/b> to drive growth throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market.
<\/p>

This is a relationship -driven, commercially focused sales role targeting decision -makers across property management, facilities, asset management, and other commercial verticals. The role requires a professional capable of building long -term referral relationships and generating sustained revenue growth.
<\/p>

This is not a transactional sales role and not a residential -focused position. The right candidate understands long sales cycles, consultative selling, and how to position a service -based organization as a trusted partner.
<\/p>

Success in this role is measured by consistent revenue production, depth of commercial relationships, and strategic market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow commercial relationships throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market

  • Target property managers, facility directors, asset managers, and commercial stakeholders

  • Build referral pipelines that generate recurring restoration opportunities

  • Represent the organization professionally within the community
