    Prior commercial property management or real estate background preferred.Job Summary:The Commercial Asset Specialist shall be responsible for supporting the management of various commercial properties. The Commercial Asset Specialist shall also assist in the evaluation, acquisition, development and construction of new properties. The position requires excellent customer service skills in communication with tenants, vendors, contractors, and commercial division staff.
