Job Summary
Position Definition
Under general supervision, researches, gathers, develops, verifies, and maintains data, and produces reports for the commercial appraisal department, performs other support tasks, and provides back-up support for the Appraisal Analyst position.

Education And/Or Experience
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Desirable: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, communications, economics, statistics, accounting, finance, computer science, business administration.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Physical Demands
