LHH is seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager for a confidential commercial real estate company in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career property management professional looking to grow within a stable organization while supporting a portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests and day-to-day communications
Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and work orders
Assist with property inspections and site visits
Support lease administration, tenant compliance, and property documentation
Help with invoicing, budget tracking, expense management, and reporting
Maintain property records and ensure operational efficiency across the portfolio
Qualifications
1-5 years of commercial property management, property administration, or related experience
Strong tenant relations and customer service skills
Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Preferred
Experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Coordinator, or Property Administrator
Exposure to CAM reconciliations, budgeting, or property financials
Experience with Yardi, or similar property management software
Background supporting multiple commercial properties
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $64,000.00 per year
