Sales Opportunity: Commercial Sales Account Executive

We’re growing—and we’re looking for driven, high‑energy sales professionals who want to build a strong career while making a real impact. OPC is hiring Commercial Outside Sales Account Executives to support our rapidly expanding Western Kentucky market, based out of our Hopkinsville, KY branch.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Actively prospect and develop new commercial accounts
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision‑makers
  • Partner with our commercial sales and service teams to deliver custom pest control solutions

We Offer…

  • Up to 12 weeks of paid training at $2,500 per biweekly pay period.  Upon completion of training you will earn a base wage between $45,000 to $52,000 plus uncapped sales commissions—you have the potential to earn over $110,000 annually or more in salary plus commissions;

You Will:

  • Proactively prospect and generate B2B sales leads by identifying opportunities across businesses, industrial facilities, and commercial properties
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, building solutions that benefit both the customer and OPC
  • Actively close deals within defined timelines and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
  • Crush quotas and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

 

  • 2 years' B2B sales experience
  • 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
  • Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
