Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met proactively.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their evolving business requirements.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess coverage adequacy and identify opportunities for enhanced protection and service.
Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and recommendations to clients regarding their insurance programs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products to provide expert advice.
Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client base.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex insurance policies and communicate them clearly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
