Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Handle client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claims processing with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and endorsements.
Collaborate with marketing representatives and underwriters to secure competitive coverage for clients.
Review and analyze insurance applications, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and insurance regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Current Kansas Property & Casualty license.
Proficiency in agency management software (e.g., AMS360, HawkSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
