Description: The Dimond Business Unit - Commercial Lines employees work in a team approach with the Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners. They place new business and service existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties. Responsibilities: - Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions with the Sales Executive and Marketer
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
- Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360
- Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions
