Universe Home Services is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Comfort Consultant to help homeowners find the right HVAC and home comfort solutions for their needs and budget.
About the Role
As a Comfort Consultant, you’ll travel to residential appointments, conduct comfort and energy consultations, and recommend HVAC and home service solutions that fit the customer’s needs and budget.
You’ll work closely with homeowners, operations teams, and install departments to create a smooth customer experience from consultation through close.

- Pay: $80,000 - $150,000+ Top performers exceed $150K+ annually

Schedule
Full-time positions available:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Flexible full-time scheduling with evening and weekend availability as needed to accommodate homeowner appointments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled residential appointments
- Conduct comfort and energy assessments in customers’ homes
- Recommend HVAC, boiler, oil heat, plumbing, and related home solutions
- Present financing options, maintenance plans, and installation recommendations
- Build trust and guide customers through buying decisions
- Follow a consultative sales process and close sales in the home
- Generate referral opportunities through strong customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Strong in-home, outside sales, or consultative sales background preferred
- Confident communication skills in person and over the phone
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and territory activity independently
- Competitive mindset with strong listening and relationship-building skills
- HVAC industry experience is a plus — but not required
