The Role


As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide customized solutions that improve comfort and performance. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales with integrity.


What You’ll Do


  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to evaluate comfort needs
  • Perform in-home consultations and system assessments
  • Present tailored solutions and explain options clearly
  • Provide accurate estimates and financing options
  • Close sales and consistently hit performance goals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams for seamless execution
What We’re Looking For


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales ability or willingness to learn and be coached
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to build trust and educate customers without pressure
  • Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus (but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
