**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Comfort Advisor to join our team. The Comfort Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, recommending appropriate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct on-site visits to evaluate clients' comfort needs and recommend suitable products or services.
2. Provide accurate and detailed quotes for recommended solutions.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to address questions or concerns and gain their trust.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate installations or services as needed.
5. Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best recommendations to clients.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
2. Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in HVAC systems is a plus.
