Seeking a Collision/Body Technician (Flat Rate) with attention to detail, self-motivation, and experience in body/paint repair.
- Diagnose and document repairs for RV equipment and structures, determining optimal repair methods.
- Customize and repair RVs per work orders, perform body and paint repairs.
- Track parts/materials used, update supervisors on progress, and ensure quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment, following safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, meeting performance expectations.
Requirements:- Trade school certification or relevant work experience; RVIA certification beneficial but not required.
- At least 1-year service technician experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
- Work environment includes exposure to various environmental conditions and hazards.
Compensation ranges from $21.42 to $53.48 hourly, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), insurance, discounts, and training opportunities. Equal opportunity employer.
