Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing workflows, maintaining records, enforcing safety standards, resolving technical and personnel issues, and supporting team development through training and coaching. Collaboration with management to grow shop production and meet targets is essential.
Ideal candidates have 0-1+ years of leadership experience in collision or similar operations, 5-10+ years of collision technical expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and repair estimates. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
