Collision Specialist
Pay Rate: $30 per hour, W2
Sandy Springs, GA - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Month Contract 

Summary:

  • Support the company's Certified Collision Program by driving strategic program development, operational excellence, and high-quality execution across various initiatives.
  • Proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions to enhance the program's effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer new program applications and re-certifications, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
  • Ensure Primary Market Area (PMA) compliance and evaluate proximity considerations between program participants.
  • Prepare approval letters, maintain archives, and manage participant profiles.
  • Coordinate initial welder certification and re-entry training; communicate results and required remedial actions.
  • Administer billing, program fees, and training-related fee collection.
  • Maintain accurate participant accounts with timely responses to disputes, questions, or delinquencies.
  • Monitor program performance, compliance, and standing on required elements.
  • Lead marketing-related tasks, including POS collateral, digital assets, and certification plaque development.
  • Support participation in industry events such as insurance workshops, roundtables, and professional forums.
  • Coordinate audit activities, acting as liaison between third-party auditors and field personnel.
  • Partner with Parts Logistics to ensure accuracy of certification-controlled parts distribution.
  • Communicate updates to technical information systems to program participants and audit subcontractors.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and present insights that support program improvement.
  • Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, reports, and strategic recommendation decks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as Accounting, Administration, Automotive Retail, Automotive Collision Repair, Business Operations, Communications Planning, Market Research, Parts & Accessories, Sales, or Vendor Management.
  • Strong command of PowerPoint, data analytics, and clear communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong data analytics skills with ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and comfort with analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms, etc.).
  • Forward-thinking, proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in collision repair and/or the parts and accessories industry is a significant plus.
