A Regional Collision Manager in Pennsylvania oversees multiple auto body repair shops to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and high-quality standards. Key duties include managing KPI performance, fostering insurance partnerships (DRP), driving revenue, and directing center managers on staffing, safety, and, ultimately, consistent repair quality across the region. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
  • Performance Management: Analyze KPIs (sales, efficiency, cycle time) to identify, address, and correct negative business trends using SMART Action Plans.
  • Financial & Revenue Management: Develop, manage, and exceed top-line sales goals, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Develop local and regional referral networks to drive volume.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and hold center managers accountable for staff performance, including hiring and training.
