College Intern- 2026-2027: Marketing Research

Position Summary

The Marketing Research Intern will participate in a variety of projects and activities within the Marketing department. This role provides exposure to multiple teams and disciplines while helping the intern gain real-world healthcare experience related to their field of study. Under the guidance of the hiring manager, the intern will receive mentorship, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing research projects, including survey building, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Support campaign evaluation and performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on ongoing initiatives
• Help prepare presentations, summaries, and actionable insights
• Contribute to special projects and departmental needs as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Related coursework or experience (preferred)

• Location: BayCare System Office West
• Status: PRN- Not eligible for benefits
• Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours around class schedule)
• Shift: Days
• Weekend Work: None
• On Call: No
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
