  • Collaborate with the Learning Resources and Technology departments as needed in preparation for the PSAT/NMSQT.
  • Collect standardized test score reports from the ACT, SAT, PreACT, and PSAT/NMSQT to update student records in Scoir.
  • Prepare and analyze standardized testing data from the ACT, SAT, PreACT, and PSAT/NMSQT to provide reports to the Co-Directors and Upper School Office.
  • Organize, update, and monitor the electronic correspondence for students and parents/guardians through the Office Portal page and College Counseling email account.
  • Communicate with and respond directly to students and parents/guardians via email, phone calls, and student office hours around technology needs related to the college search and application process.
  • Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and collection of student and parent/guardian questionnaires.
  • Collect, verify, and formulate accurate data and information for Co-Directors to use for internal and external reports as well as the School Profile.
  • Collaborate with and serve as back-up for the College Counseling Coordinator to ensure that the front office is always staffed.
  • Work with the College Counseling Team to prepare and present large evening programs throughout the year as well as smaller workshop and Life Kit programs for students during the school day, particularly as it relates to technological needs.
  • Assist the Co-Directors and the members of the College Counseling Team in all aspects of our successful, mission-driven college counseling, search and application process.
