Key Responsibilities for the Collections Specialist:
• Contact clients via phone and email regarding outstanding balances based on aging reports
• Follow up on past-due accounts and maintain accurate collection records
• Post and apply a variety of incoming payments accurately and timely
• Research and resolve account discrepancies related to customer payments
• Partner with internal teams to support collections and account resolution efforts
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
• Prior collections and accounts receivable experience required
• Experience working with aging reports and customer account follow-up
• Strong payment posting and account reconciliation skills
• Experience with Maxio, Sage Intacct, and Citrix is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using your own laptop
