Our client is seeking a Collections Specialist - Bankruptcy to support customers with loan and credit card accounts in bankruptcy status within a high-volume call center environment.This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, researching account information, explaining account statuses and restrictions, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan and credit card accounts in bankruptcy status.Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding account status, payment restrictions, and bankruptcy-related processes.Provide accurate information regarding charged-off accounts and deceased customer/member estates, when applicable.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account issues and ensure timely follow-up.Qualifications Minimum of one year of inbound call center experience servicing loan or credit card accounts in bankruptcy status.Experience with charged-off accounts and/or deceased customer/member estates is preferred but not required.Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
