Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Setting: 100% On Site

Location: Browns Summit, NC, 27214

Pay: $20 - $24/hour

This role blends commercial B2B collections with analytical cash application research for a fast growing, high volume organization. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can pivot quickly, and enjoys investigative work.

Responsibilities:

Manage fullcycle B2B collections across diverse client types and requirements
Build customer profiles, understand billing requirements, and gather supporting documentation
Handle lien waivers, track government disbursements, and tailor outreach to each customer
Conduct deep research on unapplied cash and create the appropriate paper trail
Analyze complex payment histories across multiple acquired back office systems
Manually review and resolve the 30% of cash applications not auto processed
Communicate with clients (phone for U.S., email for international) to resolve discrepancies
Work collaboratively in a high production, team oriented environment.

Requirements:

2+ years of B2B collections experience with varied customer profiles
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to adapt approach based on customer type and situation
Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
Comfortable handling large daily cash volumes
