$55K–$65K Base + Bonus | $100K Potential
We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Finance Manager to lead finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Get
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
- Total Compensation: $100,000 potential
- Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan

What You’ll Do
- Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
- Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
- Forecast performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Conduct interviews for potential finance employees
What We’re Looking For
- Consumer finance/collections leadership experience
- Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) and Rent To Own (RTO) experience preferred
- Subprime lending experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule
- No Sundays
- 42–48 hours per week
- Store Hours: 9AM–6PM (Tues/Wed), 9AM–7PM (Mon/Thurs/Fri), 9AM-5PM (Sat)
