Title: OTC Collections Analyst
Location: New york, NY 10036 – Onsite
Duration: 09 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)
Pay : $30-31/ hr
Job Summary:
- The Collection Analyst is responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of Ad Sales for Local TV Stations, including identifying and resolving discrepancies, maintaining a consistent payment pattern, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Ad Sales TV Stations Collections portfolio.
- Contacting customers for the prompt collections and resolution of the aged receivables using various collection methods,
- Keeping adequate records of all contact made with customers
Requirements:
- 0-3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role in:Accounts Receivable,Credit,Collections, Billing
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
- General knowledge of accounting principles a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office -Excel & Word
- Collections experience a plus
- Experience in media industry a plus
- ERP or financial system experience a plus
