We are seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on communicating with consumers, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving accounts while maintaining compliance and professionalism on every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact consumers regarding outstanding accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and account resolutions
- Maintain professionalism on all calls
- Document account activity accurately in our system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
Qualifications
- Previous collections experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to de-escalate situations and find solutions
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
