Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated professional to engage with members through phone-based interactions, aiming to understand their financial circumstances and provide solutions for delinquent accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze situations, identify root causes of delinquency, and develop effective collection strategies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make sound judgments under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
