Leading a team of 8 direct reports, you will develop a future-state vision, create a roadmap, and deliver measurable improvements to streamline collections, recovery processes, and user experiences for both customers and teams.
You will manage production support for over 400 transmissions, ensure data integrity and risk controls, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to optimize workflows and reduce operational risks.
The role requires strong leadership, project management, and expertise in collections, data, and technology, with a focus on continuous improvement and agile delivery.
