Support nationwide field deployment of collaboration systems.
Install, terminate, and dress AV cabling (HDMI, HDBaseT, CAT6, fiber) to industry workmanship standards.
Configure and calibrate audio DSPs, microphones, amplifiers, and speaker systems for optimal room acoustics.

Crestron Programming & Control Systems
Program, configure, and maintain Crestron control processors, touch panels, and room scheduling devices.
Develop and modify Crestron SIMPL Windows / SIMPL#, or equivalent control logic, for room automation, display control, and A/V switching.
Deploy and troubleshoot Crestron XiO Cloud managed devices and firmware across a distributed room inventory.
Program and maintain TV/display control, lighting, shading, and environmental integrations via Crestron systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and health monitoring of Crestron and related third- party AV endpoints.
Troubleshoot and resolve control system faults, panel unresponsiveness, and device communication failures.
Legacy VTC Decommissioning & Modernization
