Job: Cold Forming Header Operator

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lonoke, AR, for a Cold Forming Header Operator. The role requires setting up and operating cold forming header machines to manufacture fastening products. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment for quality control, troubleshooting any machinery issues, maintaining production schedules, and adhering to safety and operational protocols. Daily tasks involve machine set-ups, machine operation, performing routine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and optimizing production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance, specifically with Nedschroef and/or National cold forming headers and Waterbury threaders
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
- Proficiency with tools and instruments for inspection and measurement
- Adherence to safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a bonus
