Cold Calling Specialist / Outbound Sales Representative

Were looking for a confident and persistent Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating qualified leads. If youre comfortable handling rejection, enjoy talking to people, and can think on your feet, this role is a strong fit.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients
• Introduce and explain products or services clearly and persuasively
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects as needed

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred (not required if highly motivated)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
