Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients
- Introduce and explain products or services clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred (not required if highly motivated)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
