    Subsidiary: Superior Aluminum Alloys Overview:

    General operation of Rod Mill - Night Shift

    Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety through actions and behaviors
    • Operate forklifts to move scrap and finished coils
    • Knowledge & Operation of Overhead Cranes
    • Knowledge of PLC’s
    • Knowledge & Operation of Coiler #1 & Coiler #2
    • Knowledge & Operation of Upender
    • Coil Tagging & Identification
    • Prep Coils for Delivery
    • Responsible for completing all P.M.’s withing the coiler area
    • Load and unload coils from Annealing Oven
    • Inspection of finished product for customers and ensuring product is in the correct condition
    • Assist in break down operations
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
    • Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources
    • Solid mechanical aptitude and a desire to problem solve
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
    • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
    • Must have good math skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
    • Must be able to lift 60 pounds
    • Possess a willingness to work in cold/hot outside conditions as well as hot inside conditions
