Boulder Community Health is seeking a Cogito Analytics Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise analytics and Epic Cogito–related initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with Enterprise Analytics, Epic application teams, IT Infrastructure, clinical and operational stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects and ongoing analytics work are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
The Cogito Analytics Project Manager works collaboratively with the Enterprise Analytics Manager to support and achieve organizational goals related to analytics initiatives.

Qualifications
•Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Systems/Technology or other related field or equivalent experience required.
•Epic Cogito accreditation or certification required within 6 months of hire.
•Epic Cogito Project Manager accreditation/certification required within 6 months of hire required.
•Epic Caboodle and Clarity data model accreditations/certifications required within 6 months of hire.
•Project Management Professional certification preferred.
•Experience working with Epic applications, healthcare analytics, or enterprise data platforms preferred.
•0-2 years of experience in healthcare IT required.
•Experience managing IT, analytics, or healthcare-related projects required.
•At least 5 years of experience working with Epic applications, healthcare analytics, or enterprise data platforms preferred.
•Strong BI experience with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for stakeholders preferred.
•Hands-on expertise with Clarity, Caboodle, Radar SQL, and general Epic BI architecture .
Responsibilities
•Manage multiple concurrent Cogito and analytics projects from initiation through closeout, including scope, timeline, and resource coordination.
•Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and overall project tracking.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication across Enterprise Analytics, IT, clinical leaders, operational teams, and vendors.
•Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for BI developers and data teams.
•Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Cogito applications, including advanced reporting and analytics tools (Caboodle, Radar SQL, Epic BI).
•Coordinate Epic analytics initiatives such as upgrades, new implementations, dashboards, and enterprise data enhancements.
•Partner with data engineers and analysts to support Clarity/Caboodle ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehouse initiatives.
•Coordinate testing, validation, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
