Seeking a Co-Founder & CTO for an AI-native enterprise data migration platform that automates manual schema mapping, transformation, and validation using AI and deterministic engines. The role involves owning the agent architecture, shaping engineering strategy, ensuring security and compliance, and leading team growth from 2 to 10 engineers. You will collaborate on product direction, work directly with customers, and build a scalable, secure system.
Must-have: 5–9 years of engineering experience, with 3+ years deploying production LLM or agent systems, strong backend/data skills (Postgres, SQL, async), proficiency in TypeScript, and experience shipping to paying customers.
Preferred: Data engineering background, enterprise SaaS knowledge, eval framework experience, and cloud-native deployment skills. Cultural fit includes high agency, investigation-first mindset, clear communication, and decision-making ability.
