What You’ll Do

As a Coffee Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage equipment at customer locations. Your work directly supports great customer experiences and helps grow our coffee business.

Your daily grind includes:

  • Installing, maintaining, cleaning, and repairing coffee brewers, cappuccino machines, hot plates, and related equipment
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues
  • Ensuring all company equipment is working properly—or replaced when needed
  • Providing friendly, professional service at customer sites and through phone/email communication
  • Keeping clear communication with management and sales teams
  • Maintaining clean, organized workspaces at customer locations and in the shop
  • Following company policies, safety standards, and best practices
  • Pitching in with other duties as needed

What You Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with small appliances, plumbing, or electrical repair
  • Comfort using hand tools and testing equipment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfort using a smartphone and email daily
  • A clean, professional appearance

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Prior equipment repair experience strongly preferred
  • Training or education in electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration is a plus—but not required

Physical & Work Expectations

  • Regular standing, walking, driving, bending, and reaching
  • Frequent use of hands for pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs regularly; more with assistance)
  • Moderate to high activity level in a fast-paced service environment

Licenses & Requirements

  • Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a supportive team that values service, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Variety in your day—no two service calls are the same
  • A hands-on role where your skills make a visible impact
  • Opportunity to grow your technical expertise and customer relationships
