Job Summary:
As an on-site Hospitality Coffee Dining Hall Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships & ensuring overall account success. You'll be in an energetic environment where you'll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends, and meet new people every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Accurate problem reporting and resolution
- Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients.
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions & request clarification when needed
- Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques
- Troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and assisting with performing preventive maintenance.
- Quality Assurance of products, including but not limited to: dry goods, beverages, perishable produce, coffee, dairy, and more.
Qualifications:
- Previous Hospitality & Coffee Attendant experience and proven track record of success
- Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles
- Consider yourself a "people person," and enjoy meeting others.
- Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
- Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
