We're looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers to join our team! 

As a Cocktail Sever, you'll deliver warm, attentive service, share your knowledge of our menu, and bring positive energy to every table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring all guest has an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant experience.
  • Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections to enhance the experience.
  • Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
  • Making managers aware of any special accommodation, such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
  • Check on guests during their drinks to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/lounge.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, and cocktails 
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A true passion for hospitality and guest connection
  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
