Our Manufacturing team is committed to delivering high-quality products through operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. The Coating Line Lead plays a critical role in supporting daily coating department and polymer line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime. This position provides hands-on leadership, technical guidance, and proactive support to operators while maintaining production readiness and supporting overall manufacturing performance.
Shift Details: Varies based on production schedule; flexibility required to support operational demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run product tests and communicate required adjustments to operators to maintain quality and performance standards.
- Assist with dumping operations and support line cleanouts to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor downstream lines to anticipate changeovers and coordinate transitions effectively.
- Complete and process returns accurately while maintaining proper inventory control.
- Inspect hoses and equipment for wear or damage and coordinate necessary repairs to maintain operational readiness.
- Maintain inventory of operational supplies to prevent production interruptions.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of coating line and dumping processes to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Arrive 15–30 minutes prior to shift start to ensure dryers and equipment are properly prepared for production.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Manufacturing environment requires standing, walking, lifting, and working around production equipment.
- May require flexible hours, overtime, and shift adjustments based on production demands.

- This position pays up to $25 per hour depending on experience
