Join Connect Staffing Agency of Georgia as a Coater - General Labor in Dalton, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic team, where your contributions will directly impact the production process and product quality.
Schedule:
- 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Monday through Thursday
- Occasional Fridays based on production needs and customer orders
- Overtime may be required as needed
Responsibilities:
- Operate coating machines to apply various finishes to products.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect coated products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in training new employees on coating processes and safety measures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must agree to complete a background check
- Must agree to complete a drug test screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be dependable and able to fallow attendence policies
